The tender for the land parcel at Lentor Central has already been assigned to GuocoLand, that sent the best offer of $Seven hundred Eighty Four point One mil, reported the URA on Thursday 29Jul.

The price figures out to a land cost of $1thousand 2hundred and 4 per square ft per plot ratio.
